Nicky found her way to yoga in her early twenties. For the past 10 years yoga has been life-changing for her. Helping her to heal ptsd, and cultivating a sense of selflove and confidence that she never thought would be possible. These experiences resulted in her life’s mission to share how to take yoga beyond the physical practice, and make her students feel more empowered and guide them back to their true selves.
Nicky will guide you with awareness and love through Hatha Flow, Embodied Flow, and Yin Yoga practices. Her classes always include meditation and Pranayama (breathwork). Taking yoga beyond physical practice, as this is where the magic really happens. Her classes are influenced by traditional tantric Hatha, Vinyasa, somatics, energy healing and Kundalini practices. Nicky will share practices with you that will help you to regulate your nervous system and connect to the Self, helping you to expand in all areas of your life.

Nicky is a trauma informed yoga teacher and aims to create a safe space in her classes. With over 900 hrs of YTT, and teaching experience in different places around the world, she will make sure to adapt classes to all levels. Making her classes accessible for all levels.
In Nicky Hatha Flow yoga classes you will focus on strengthening and balancing the body while connecting to the breath. Helping you to feel grounded in the body and mind, which then will help you to balance the body's flow of energy.
Nicky her Embodied Flow classes are an invitation to explore your body and listen to what your body needs. Connecting breath to movement, Embodied Flow classes are a moving meditation. Letting go of how postures are supposed to look like, but becoming aware of how they feel. Embodied Flow classes are an invitation to listen to your inner guidance, stay curious and to let go.
In her Yin classes Nicky will guide you to a place where you feel safe, relaxed, and grounded. Her Yin classes are focused on the emotional body, and the deep connective tissue in the body - helping you to feel safe enough to feel all your emotions and process things that you have been holding onto in the subconscious mind and body. Her Yin classes are deeply healing.
