By booking a retreat with Inner Space Retreats, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These exist to protect you, the integrity of the retreat experience, and Inner Space Retreats as a women-led business.
Booking & payment
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
All payments must be made in euros (€).
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation policies are clearly stated on the page of each individual retreat.
Inner Space Retreats reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
Payments received after the due date will incur a 10% late fee. If an instalment is more than two weeks overdue, your booking may be cancelled without refund.
Credit card payments are subject to a 4% service fee.
Cancellation by you
You may cancel your booking at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who submitted the booking form. Cancellation takes effect on the date the written notice is received.
Each retreat has its own cancellation policy, so participants must always check the specific retreat page they are booking for the exact timelines, conditions, and terms.
General policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you find a replacement for your spot, you will receive a full refund minus administration fees, once the replacement’s booking and payment have been confirmed.
Bookings are for the full retreat duration. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the retreat.
If your reason for cancellation is covered by your travel insurance policy, you may be eligible to make a claim directly through your insurer.
By booking, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the specific retreat page.
Amendments by Inner Space Retreats
Occasionally, changes may be necessary to the retreat schedule or structure, including (but not limited to) facilitators, teachers, class times, locations, or activities.
Inner Space Retreats reserves the right to make such changes when required and will communicate any significant changes as early as reasonably possible.
Cancellation by Inner Space Retreats
Inner Space Retreats reserves the right to cancel a retreat where necessary.
Our retreat require a minimum of 60% of participants to proceed. If this minimum is not met 3 months prior a retreat, the retreat may be cancelled and participants will receive:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer their payment to a future retreat
Inner Space Retreats is not responsible for external costs such as flights, transport, visas, insurance, accommodation outside the retreat, or personal expenses.
Pandemics, public health & force majeure
Retreats may be affected by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
Pandemics or epidemics
Government regulations
Travel restrictions or border closures
Natural disasters
Political instability
Illness
Force majeure events
In such circumstances, retreats may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled. Payments may be transferred to a future retreat, and refunds may not always be possible.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept the uncertainty that may arise from global events and travel conditions.
Travel & insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel.
Travel insurance is mandatory and must include medical coverage, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
Health & personal responsibility
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in retreat activities, including yoga, skating, breathwork, movement, and group experiences.
You accept full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and participation.
Liability
Inner Space Retreats, its facilitators, partners, and service providers are not liable for:
Injury or illness
Accidents
Medical or psychological conditions
Loss or damage of personal property
Delays or cancellations caused by third parties
Transport disruptions
Events outside our control
All participation is at your own risk.
Community standards
Inner Space Retreats maintains a respectful, safe, and supportive environment.
Participants whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others may be asked to leave without refund.
Media & content
Photos and videos may be taken during retreats for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, this will always be respected upon written request.
