BOOK THIS WEEK FOR 6K FLASH SALE -
This retreat is an invitation to slow down and reconnect: through movement, nature, play, and deep rest.
Surrounded by jungle, ocean, and the magnetic energy of Sri Lanka, we’ll spend seven days softening into presence through yoga, somatic practices, and nervous system healing.
Our founder, Nicky, has been coming to Sri Lanka since 2017 and has formed a deep connection with the island. Its rhythms, people, and beautiful nature. This is our third and final Sri Lanka retreat, and it’s unlike any other experience on the island. Shaped by years of local connection and discovery, Nicky knows the special places that most visitors never see: the quiet beaches, the family-run restaurants, the hidden corners of untouched nature.
Held on Talalla Beach, a peaceful part of the coastline away from the main tourist areas, this is our most intimate and transformative women’s retreat (max 11 guests). These small, intentional groups allow for real connection — a space where sisterhood naturally forms, and where you’re seen, supported, and held exactly as you are. This is more than a yoga retreat: it’s a journey of inner and outer discovery.
We’ll explore wild nature, the warmth of local culture, and the quiet wisdom that surfaces when you slow down and listen. Whether you’re surfing, skating, journaling, enjoying the spa house or simply watching the sun melt into the sea, this space invites you to soften, realign, and come home — to yourself.
“This retreat was life-changing. I left feeling more like myself than I have in years — grounded, free and full of joy.”

NICKY
INNER SPACE FOUNDER & TRAUMA INFORMED EMBODIED YOGA FACILITATOR.
Nicky is a yoga and somatics facilitator, roller skater and baby-waves surfer with a deep love for movement, nature and meaningful connection. She’s devoted to the art of coming home, again and again, to the wisdom of the body.
Her journey began in her early twenties, when yoga became more than a practice: it became a path back to herself. Through movement, breath and stillness, she reconnected with her body, healed her ptsd, and rediscovered self-love, joy and strength.
Over the past twelve years, this path has shaped her mission: to guide women back to their essence. She creates spaces rooted in safety, truth and joy. Spaces where you can remember what it feels like to truly belong: to yourself, your body, your community and this moment.
In Sri Lanka, Nicky will guide you through slow, intentional practices blending Hatha, Yin, Embodied Flow, non-dual Tantra and somatic movement, woven with meditation and breathwork. Her sessions are gentle invitations to slow down, soften the nervous system and listen to the quiet wisdom within.
With each practice, she invites you to release tension, reconnect with your sense of play and presence, and return to yourself. Whether you’re moving or resting, laughing or feeling — every part of you is welcome.

MIMMI
TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA FACILITATOR & COACH
Trauma-informed yoga facilitator, self-healer and a soul full of joy, love and laughter. Mimmi creates a calm and playful space for you to reconnect with your body, soften into yourself and rediscover beauty, joy and aliveness in everyday life.
Her work gently guides you to feel more embodied, present and truly yourself. After growing up in a challenging home, she learned to disconnect from her emotions and push her body beyond its limits. When her body eventually slowed her down through chronic pain, she was guided inward and found her way back home through yoga, meditation, mindfulness and somatic practices. These tools supported deep healing and helped her return to her authentic self. They taught her that healing can also be light, loving and playful.
In Sri Lanka she will share these practices with you, so you can remember how to listen to your body, move with compassion and return to the simplicity of being. Whether you are seeking rest, reconnection, inspiration or joy, her spaces welcome all of you. Like a child who falls, receives comfort, and returns to play — you can too.

WHY INNER SPACE RETREATS?
Inner Space Retreats are born from a desire to offer something real: intimate, embodied, and deeply nourishing. We keep our groups small, just 11 women, so that every voice is heard, and every story has space. You’ll be held in a container of honesty, softness, and sisterhood.
It’s not about doing more or becoming someone else, it’s about softening into who you already are, allowing all parts of you to be seen. We weave together yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, play and moments of stillness to help you land in your body and feel safe there. This is a space to listen inward, and be gently held through it all.
WHY SRI LANKA?
Nicky has been coming to Sri Lanka since 2017 and has built a deep relationship with the island, allowing her to share a more authentic side that most travellers never see.
From quiet sunrise kayaking over a lagoon to hidden waterfalls, surfing mellow waves, skating by the ocean, exploring coastal towns and connecting with the local community — this retreat offers the perfect blend of adventure, nature and soul.
Sri Lanka has a way of touching you deeply: through its beauty, its aliveness and the grounding presence of the land itself. The warm climate, lush landscapes and slower pace invite you to move gently, breathe deeply and feel more connected — not just to nature, but to yourself. It’s the perfect backdrop to rest, reconnect and come alive.
WHAT MAKES THIS RETREAT UNIQUE?
At our retreats transformation doesn’t have to be only heavy. We weave depth with lightness, inner work with laughter, movement with stillness, and play with presence, through:
Play & Exploration - Surfing, skating, and exploring awaken joy, curiosity and freedom. They help you reconnect with parts of yourself often forgotten in daily life.
Somatics & Nervous System Regulation - When the body feels safe, it can soften and expand. Through gentle embodied practices, we support your nervous system, helping you release tension and land deeper into yourself.
Movement & Stillness - Hatha, Yin, Embodied Flow, breathwork and meditation guide you into presence. These practices invite you to slow down, feel, and listen to the wisdom within.
Depth & Sisterhood - Workshops and sharing circles offer space for truth and connection. You are held in compassion, honesty and community. Every part of you is welcome.

As a small business, we pour so much care and energy into creating these retreats — and with limited spots available, each booking has a big impact. For that reason, we have to be strict with our cancellation policy to protect the sustainability of what we offer.
Here’s how it works:
A €450 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel before November 30, 2025, you’ll receive a 50% refund (minus the deposit).
If you cancel after November 30, 2025, we’re unable to offer a refund — unless your cancellation is due to exceptional personal circumstances.
We truly understand that life can shift. If something serious or unforeseen happens — like serious illness, injury, or a major life event — please reach out. We handle these cases with compassion and may be able to transfer a part of your payment toward a future retreat.
We also recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, and travel disruptions — just to be safe.
-
We require all guests to have travel insurance to protect both you and us in case something unexpected happens.
Travel insurance gives you peace of mind, covering things like trip cancellations, flight delays, lost baggage, illness, or medical emergencies. While we hold the safest space possible, we can’t control life’s curveballs, and being insured helps ensure you’re cared for if anything arises.
Because we’re a small business with a clear cancellation policy, we can’t offer full refunds for last-minute changes. That’s why having travel insurance is essential — it protects your investment and helps you travel with confidence.
Please make sure your policy covers your full retreat payment as well as any personal travel needs.
-

We don’t rent the entire venue exclusively, as it is a beautiful boutique beachfront resort. However, the retreat area is very spacious and designed in a way that gives us plenty of privacy.
The yoga shalas are tucked away from the public areas, so it still feels intimate, peaceful and safe. We also keep our group small (only 11 women), which allows us to create a close, connected atmosphere — without feeling crowded or busy.
You’ll have the comfort of a resort, with the warmth and privacy of a retreat space.

Yes, your host and main yoga teacher Nicky has a lot of experience in teaching yoga to beginners. She will always give variations in her classes, so you can choose the one that works the best for your body and mind in the given moment. Nicky did 900 hr of yoga teacher trainings with her main focus on Hatha, which is a perfect style of yoga to start your yoga journey with. Hatha is a slower form of yoga which will help you to get a better understanding of the alignment and benefits of the yoga poses.
We believe that a yoga retreat is the perfect way to get a better understanding of yoga and its healing benefits. We keep the groups of our retreats small so there is a lot of personal attention and 1:1 time with our teachers. There will be different types of yoga like Hatha, Yin, Slow Fow, and Kundalini, so you can learn which one works the best for your body and mind.
-
Yes — absolutely. Many of our guests come alone, and it’s one of the most beautiful parts of the retreat experience. Traveling solo is a powerful way to meet new people, and you’ll be part of the group from the moment you arrive.
You’ll be held in a welcoming, non-judgmental space, and we’ll create a WhatsApp group before the retreat so you can connect with the other women ahead of time. By the end of the week, many leave with lifelong connections and a sense of sisterhood.
-
